Meet Kori
Kori Mudge, M.S. CCC-SLP, IBCLC is a licensed and certified speech language pathologist (SLP) and international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC). She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Clemson University, a master's degree in speech language pathology from the University of Utah, and completed the UC San Diego Extended Studies Lactation Consultant Pathway 2 program.
She has experience working in pediatric home health/early intervention, public schools, a Montessori school, and has even done speech therapy on horseback! However, her passion for infant and toddler feeding therapy was ignited when her children were born in 2019 and 2020 with tongue and lip ties. Since then, she has been on a mission to educate herself and help others achieve joy on their feeding journeys. Kori describes herself as a “lifelong learner” and has dedicated countless hours over the last several years to continuing education in the areas of feeding, tethered oral tissues, and myofunctional therapy.
Originally a Vermont native, Kori currently resides in Powdersville, South Carolina with her husband, a daughter and son, and two dogs. She enjoys Clemson football, making pottery, and traveling.
